Lot of enquires have pounded us with the same request.Can you get me admission without TOEFL?Answer to that is 20% yes and 80% no.There are few universities that can take students without TOEFL or IELTS.However,you have to register for IELP (Intensive English Language Program).
What is this IELP?
The Intensive English Language Program (IELP) is a university preparatory language program to teach you integrated skills in reading, writing, listening, speaking, vocabulary, culture, grammar, and pronunciation.University credit may be earned if the student is admissible and if the student passes the exam.In this case,you will be eligible for “conditional admission” and NO TOEFL or IELTS is required .
HOW DIFFICULT ARE IELP COURSES?
IELP is a rigiourous english courses that will put you to learn whatever you need to learn to pass TOEFL or IELTS.Above all,you have to pay for these courses.Then why not take TOEFL instead?You will be issued an I-20 for admission,but during registration you have to register for IELP courses in addition to your regular courses.Some universities may require you take TOEFL after completing your IELP courses with the university.

American Consortium of universities – Look at member schools,those universities waive TOEFL
Texas Intensive English Program – Look at 19 Tier II universities you can get in without TOEFL including Texas A&M
These are just samples.There are bunch other universities that can offer you “conditional admission”.
